Group Training offers a supportive environment to learn proper exercise technique and to challenge yourself amongst like-minded individuals.
These Group Training Sessions are structured with 4 different quadrants. Each quadrant focuses on each of these training methods: Strength Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Free Weight Stability, Core Development.
Each workout is focused on either upper body, lower body or full body movements. Each workout is structured with either bilateral or unilateral exercises to give you optimal variety when training.
