Online training allows you the freedom and flexibility to complete your workout wherever and whenever is most convenient for you. You no longer have to try and schedule an appointment that has to work for both you AND your trainer.

Your coach is notified each time you complete a workout AND when you’re not completing workouts. They will be checking in with you on a regular basis to make sure you stay on track to hit your goals. You will also have a weekly coaching call to discuss your training and nutrition compliance.

Each workout has exercise demonstrations and technique cues so that you can fully understand exactly how to perform the exercises properly. If you still have questions or would like your coach to take a look, you can take a video of you performing the exercise and send it over for further analysis and advice.

We will pause your program until you are well enough to continue exercising.

The amazing thing about online training is that your coach is always available to you as long as you have a smart phone and reliable data/wifi. We can assist you with your health and fitness needs wherever you are and even customize your workouts tailored to what you have available in your hotel room or hotel gym.

You will complete a fitness assessment every 4 weeks to measure progress in strength and endurance. You will also have the option to take progress pictures and body measurements so that you and coach can see your progress over each training program.
